Refleksi Lesson Study: Pembelajaran Kimia Berbasis Fenomena Air Mancur Amonia Terintegrasi STEAM

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan lesson study pada pembelajaran berbasis fenomena air mancur amonia terintegrasi STEAM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-April oleh 12 guru kimia DKI Jakarta dengan objek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI-3 di SMAN 57 Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, dokumentasi pembelajaran, catatan refleksi observer dan notula kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lesson study melalui tahap plan, do dan see mampu merangkum aktivitas peserta didik selama pembelajaran terintegrasi STEAM. Teramati bahwa seluruh aspek STEAM muncul, dengan aspek engineering sebagai aspek yang paling dominan karena peserta didik merancang, merakit, memodifikasi alat percobaan melalui trial and error, sementara aspek mathematics dan arts masih belum berkembang secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan desain pembelajaran yang dirancang dengan matang agar aspek STEAM muncul secara seimbang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lesson study tidak hanya berperan sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional guru dalm merancang pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan juga sebagai bahan refleksi untuk mengevaluasi integrasi STEAM pada pembelajaran.
