Peer Review Process
1. Initial Editorial Screening

Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by the Editor to ensure its relevance to the journal's focus and scope.

The Editor checks manuscript completeness, formatting compliance, and potential plagiarism.

Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements will be returned to the authors or rejected.
2. Assignment of Reviewers

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to two or more reviewers using a double-blind review process, where reviewer and author identities remain anonymous.

Reviewers are selected based on their expertise relevant to the manuscript topic.
3. Review Process

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, relevance, scientific contribution, methodological accuracy, data quality, and clarity of presentation.

Reviewers provide one of the following recommendations:

Accept

Accept with minor revisions

Accept with major revisions

Reject

Reviewers also provide constructive comments for improving the manuscript.
4. Revision by Authors

If revisions are required, authors must revise the manuscript according to reviewers’ comments.

Authors must also submit a response to reviewer document addressing each comment.
5. Revision Assessment by Editor

The Editor re-evaluates the revised manuscript to ensure all reviewer feedback has been addressed.

If necessary, the manuscript may be sent back to reviewers for additional evaluation.
6. Final Decision

The Editor makes the final decision based on reviewer recommendations and the scientific quality of the manuscript.

The decision may be acceptance, rejection, or a request for further revision.
7. Publication

Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout formatting, and final publication in the scheduled journal issue.
